Why do I receive a security alert when accessing ServiceArizona?
ServiceArizona uses digital certificates issued by VeriSign to ensure that your connection with ServiceArizona is protected. VeriSign, in January of 2003, discontinued support for digital certificates installed in earlier versions of Internet Explorer® 5.0 (IE 5.00.2614) and below or Netscape Communicator® 4.6 and below. ServiceArizona customers using these earlier browsers are affected. One of two things may happen:
Microsoft® browsers Update your Internet Explorer® root certificate by clicking here. VeriSign Australia has provided instructions to download the compatible 'Generation 2' (G2) root to your current browser. or Download the latest version of Internet Explorer® by clicking here. Netscape® browsers Update your Netscape® root certificate by clicking here. VeriSign Australia has provided instructions to download the compatible 'Generation 2' (G2) root to your current browser. or Download the latest version of Netscape® by clicking here.
